Criteria

This person can be from any front of house role and at any level but does not include General Managers. 

They will: 

  • Be a true moment maker who consistently delivers outstanding hospitality.

  • Challenges the status quo and pushes for continuous improvement. 

  • Is Wholeheartedly Positive. They inspire those around them, leading by example. 

  • Builds strong relationships with colleagues and customers, making everyone feel valued.
